In accordance with Public Law 110-248 – Local Preparedness Acquisition Act (Cooperative Purchasing) for Schedule 84, state and local government agencies and offices may now procure products under LSC's GSA Contract #GS-07F-0078H.  This allows noted entities the ability to purchase contract items at the lower GSA negotiated rates and terms within the requirements of their local procurement regulations.
